These are a great way to keep dinner simple but different than just traditional tacos. A staple in our house!
You don’t have to spend hours making dinner to switch it up, just think about ways to recreate something you love. And for us, that’s tacos! 🌮

The best title I’ve ever had and ever will have - mom 🤍
How blessed am I to have 3 (soon to be 4) little ones that call me that. Something I’ll never take for granted. Thank you, Lord, for choosing me to raise these perfect little humans.

Happy Mother’s Day to all of you incredible mamas out there and also to those of you who yearn to become moms. 🙏🏼🫶🏼

And to my mama, I love you so much. Thank you for teaching me how to become a mom, the greatest role model out there🥹

Disney Recap!! 🏰 🪄 ✨

*let me start by saying we’re not pros, this is our first time going, but we did go with people who are Disney pros 😂 we learned a lot so let me share!

We stayed at Disney Beach Club Resort in a 1 bedroom villa. The villa was super nice in that we could make our own breakfast. It also had an unbelievable pool that the kids loved. It was a 5 minute walk to Epcot which was 🙌🏼 and a 15 min walk or a quick boat ride to Hollywood Studios. Def would stay here again!

Arrival day:
Swam in the pool once we got there
Dinner reservations at 1900 Park Fare inside the Grand Floridian Hotel.
Rode the skyliner (by Epcot) after dinner, the kids loved it haha

Day 1 of parks:
Epcot in the morning.
What we did: Remy Ratatouille (kids got a bit scared but it was our first ride so I think that’s why), finding Nemo, living with the land.

Animal Kingdom in the afternoon
What we did: Safari, Lion King show (a must!), and Navi River
Dinner at Tusker House inside AK. The kids LOVED it, the characters were at our table so much, dancing with the kids, etc. it was so amazing!!

Day 2:
Magic Kingdom in the mornjng
What we did: Buzz Lightyear ride, Astro Orbiter, Winnie the Pooh, Bibbidi Bobbidi Botique, (boys did jungle cruise while we were there)

Epcot in afternoon
What we did: Figment, Big kids did Soarin’ while littles did Livin with the Land, Frozen ride, Moana Land (kids FAV!)
Dinner was at Garden Grill. This was another character dinner with Chip & Dale, Pluto and Mickey!
Watched Epcot fireworks from bridge by hotel

Day 3:
Hollywood Studios in the Morning
What we did: Big kids did slinky dog, I took littles to Mickey Mouse railroad, Toy Story Land (buzz lightyear ride), Mickey Mouse Railroad again, Frozen show.
Back at hotel to swim for a few hours before naps

I know this is a massive unpopular opinion but hea

I know this is a massive unpopular opinion but hear me out…

Getting out of Disney mid day for naps is so great for so many reasons (if your kids are young)
1. You’re missing the hottest part of the day
2. They’re usually falling apart after lunch from being overtired so this lets them reset
3. It gives YOU time to lay and rest, or workout!
4. They can rally longer at night for fireworks or parades if they have a nice nap in bed
5. It lets them reset from stimulation. Disney can be a lot so this gives their brains and bodies a little time to rest!
