Monster Cookie Protein Balls

These healthy treats are absolutely to die for!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 ½ scoops Level-1 Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp mini M&M’s
  • ½ cup Jif Natural creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together (by hand) in a big mixing bowl.  It is going to be very sticky so you may need to use your hands.  Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Roll into 1-inch sized balls and store in a cool place.  Makes 24 balls.
